• Thank you for volunteering and helping make our concessions a success. We appreciate your busy schedules and are grateful for you taking the time to help us out. Here are some tips to make your time in the booth a little easier: The morning shifts will be responsible for helping set up, and the last shifts will be responsible for helping shut down. Please arrive for your scheduled shift about 5 minutes early to get acclimated to the booth and menu. Before you leave your shift, please take a few minutes to tell the next shift the basics such as where things are stored, what is on the menu, etc. We appreciate that some kids like to work the concessions, and we welcome their assistance, but, we are asking that no children under the age of 12 be in the concessions for liability reasons. Also, we request that only adults handle the money. While you are working the concessions, please be mindful as to what product belongs to Baraboo Thunder and what does not, you will be shown from shift to shift. During your shift, you will be responsible for taking orders, making change, preparing food and stocking the product and cooler. If you are unable to make your shift, please try to find a replacement! If your daughter is playing during your scheduled shift, again, please try to switch with someone or find a replacement.
