2009 U14 Thunder

11-1 Conference

14-10 Overall

The U-14ers put together a great run at the end of the summer finishing in the South Central Conference Championship game against Monroe. The won the Northern division of the conference with decisive fashion boasting an 11-1 record. The girls were competative against every opponent they faced and kept their "Poker Face" on when the big games came their way. Win or lose, they always came back for the next game ready to put on a show.

This team is filled top to bottom with talent and will go on to be major contributers in the High School Thunderbird Softball program. Combined with the past talent of Thunder teams, look for the Thunderbirds to be a part of many competative and big stage games in the coming years. Great job ladies and we will see most of you next summer.

2008 Thunder U-14

Conference 14-1

Tournaments 9-9

The U-14ers ended their summer with a solid season. Going 23-10 they competed with every opponent they faced and rose to the challenge of a higher caliber team. The motto this year was "find the stitch and drive it" and they did just that posting a team .352 BA for the summer, tournaments included. They tied for entrance into the Championship game of their last tournament but had to settle for a consolation spot. This group of young ladies are the next High School players so the Badger North better watch out because this is a dedicated, hard working, and hard hitting team that has the potential to take conference titles and win big games. Best of luck girls! See you next summer.
